Exporting Chapters
If the documentation should be available outside DEFT, you must export it. Exported documentation is stable because its generated content is not updated anymore.
Exporting OpenDocument Chapters
Chapters can be exported as PDF and ODT. Right click on a chapter and select
or . Alternatively, if the chapter is opened, you can use the save mechanisms from within OpenOffice/LibreOffice to export the chapter.Exporting LaTeX Chapters
Right click on the main chapter and select
. A dialog opens which lets you specify a number of options.-
Choose destination: the target directory where the LaTeX
files are saved

Select directory with additional files: a directory with
files which are necessary for compilation, but which are not
managed by DEFT. Examples are styles or images.

Compile to PDF: if checked, pdflatex and bibtex are run
to produce a PDF output from the LaTeX files

pdflatex, bibtex: full path to the pdflatex and bibtex
executables
Clicking
starts the export.
